Steps to Reproduce

1. Get to level 2 or below
2. Play near elevator
3. Observe how monsters spawn portal spawns on elevator model sometimes

Explanation

Game creates spawning portal on model surface that is not a wall. It's spawned directly on the elevator models surface which looks very weird.
