Steps to Reproduce

  1. Play falconer
  2. Use shock drone
  3. Rarely the shock drone timer will get stuck on cooldown

Explanation

For unclear reason, the shock drone timer gets soft-locked to 4 on the timer.

Work around, the timer reset again after descending to the next level.
