Player's Gear Disappeared After Exiting and Rejoining Session

Steps to Reproduce

Pressed the X out button in the top of my screen and shut down the program
Reloaded program
Clicked rejoin session
Guns and perks non-existent

Explanation

was waiting for the team lead to ready up when desending another level. I left the game by Xing out. joind back into the session. All perks and guns were gone. could use my gaurdian abilities and pickaxe but nothing else.
