Regression of:	#4472 Excessive Voice Line Queue in Cockpit This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. press the button in the cockpit
2. repeat step 1
3. break

Explanation

Pressing the buttons in the cockpit appearntly goes into a queue which is getting served one at a time. Pressing the button very often queues a LOT of messages.(OMEGA PLS STOP YAPPING)
