Steps to Reproduce

1. Power up the elevator as usual
2. Wait for the powering up to complete
3. Elevator door opens, but elevator cab is located below the door

Explanation

The elevator cab is below the door, softlocking the level. It is possible to move around the top of the elevator, but trying to get into the elevator cab is not possible.
