Bug: Cannot place disposable turrets in Rewind mode

Steps to Reproduce
- Play retcon with the disposable sentry turrets
- Place them throughout the level
- Have Rewind mode active
Explanation
The Retcon and Disposable Turret use is having some problems where you can't place turrets down when primarily doing it in Rewind mode.
I'm playing solo, not sure if there is a limit to the turrets or if this is a bug. But I can't find anything that says there is a limit so I'm guessing its a bug.
