Steps to Reproduce

1. Spam the 'C' key to hurry up the R.E.P.D
2. Open the weapon crate
3. Observe that the options are all messed up

Explanation

I got offered a platform gun, and 2 upgrades on the very first weapon crate, and again on the tool section.
