Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose the Plasma Carbine with the 'homing projectiles' feature
2. Attempt to attack a Clamourhead and other enemies
3. Observe that the projectiles flew off and missed the targets

Explanation

The "homing projectiles" for the Plasma Carbine is not working properly. The projectiles fly around a corner at some seemingly random enemy, not at the one that is roughly in the sights or even the closest. Makes prioritising enemies impossible.
