Steps to Reproduce
- Complete a long run and acquire many upgrades
- On the results screen, click "Builds"
- Note that with the 2-3 rows of upgrade icons, the scale and scrollbar on the side flicker.
Explanation
Runs with a large number of upgrades cause the endgame results screen "Builds" UI to flicker. A scrollbar is present, but it looks like there's some oscillation between scaling the upgrade icon container and the scrollbar appears to flicker as well. This seems most common in length 5/6 missions with transmutation/test subjects- I had several of those in this run.
