Steps to Reproduce

starting playing game and could not talk or hear my friend
they had same problem and tried same things to fix it

Explanation

game chat does not work. voice chat audio input and output only has default as option and cannot change. changing voice chat option on and off did not work. verified headsets where working and still nothing.
