Steps to Reproduce
- Use Retcon's ability
- Place turrets
- Suddenly unable to place more turrets
Explanation
I am unable to deploy the disposable turret, having earlier deployed several, during Retcon's rewind ability. Despite moving onto the next level of the run, I still cannot deploy any more.
