Deployment Swapping Issue in Terminal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open operations command terminal
2. Have zero deployments
3. Buy all three deployments
4. Attempt to swap one of the deployments (in this case the center one)
5. Press Yes on the prompt

Explanation

Swapping a deployment does not always function. Leaving the terminal and re-entering the terminal fixed this issue. I do not know if the starting amount of active deployments or amount of purchased deployments matters.
