Steps to Reproduce
- Approach the Sentinel when it is close to the ground.
- Ensure the Sentinel is almost touching the ground.
- Kill the Sentinel.
Explanation
Had a run today where twice the artifact orb was dropped below the ground. The first time if happened I was able to see the 'sparkle' effects and was able to dig it out. The second time if just disapeared and I was not able to retrieve it
