Explanation
hello, i was playing with a weapon i don't like so i wanted to swap it, first i checked a workbench but i didn't like the option there ethce, lucky we had a heavy wepons creat so i went there and pick up a rocket launcher i then went back to the workbeth to upgrade my new rocket launcher however the uprades were still for the bulldog
