Steps to Reproduce
- The bug occurred immediately off cooldown.
- The bug activated while just running around.
- The bug activated even while the player was on the floor dead, causing them to time revert back to being dead after being revived and the timer ran out.
Explanation
Retcon time rewind abilility seemingly activating by itself randomly. I am unsure of how it triggers but it seems completely random.
