Steps to Reproduce

1. Progress through the boss fight on a public server
2. Fight the boss and reduce its third-phase HP to zero
3. Wait for the third gate to explode
4. Observe that the tower-like object that is supposed to contain the orb does not spawn

Explanation

When the third gate exploded during the fight with Molaktura (Sorry, I don't know the English name.), the tower containing the orb failed to form, making it impossible to progress.
