Steps to Reproduce

1. I was dead from the previous layer
2. Got shot out of the little bubble thing
3. Was waiting on a revive
4. Team died
5. Couldn't figure out how to use the ability

Explanation

as retcon (contingency plan) wouldnt trigger but the mission also wouldnt end.
