Steps to Reproduce

1. Fight Ramok
2. He charges normally
3. Magically it is only spins when you phase him
4. Wimp will charge after he downs you

Explanation

Ramok did his stupid spin like 20 times in a row in the phase where he needed to charge the stupid core pillar thing
