Steps to Reproduce

Deployed a sentry like normal
Attempted to deploy a second sentry, was unable to.

Explanation

Disposable sentry is undeployable.

After having deployed 1 sentry at the start of the level, I was no longer able to deploy any sentries on any surface, despite having 2 available. The deployment ghost is blue, leading me to believe it should be deployable.

I've attempted deploying it on an undeployable surface to check if it somehow got stuck, but that didn't fix it. Notably this issue didn't happen on other floors of this run, just on the last floor, so this may be a sporatic issue.
