Steps to Reproduce

Started a solo mission with Precursor to get a promotion
Completed the solo mission and returned to lobby
Tried to invite my friend but couldn't because I was in a solo group
Tried to disband the team but it got me back to the lobby

Explanation

After solo leveling up my Precursor to lvl 15, I was permanently joining some alone squad consisting only of me, my friend couldn't join and disbanding the team returned back to a fresh lobby with the same problem still persisting. I also couldn't click the "Invite Friends" button it was completely gone.

I hope that reopening the game will fix this :)
