Steps to Reproduce

1. Opened Bio-Booster with a few misclicks.
2. (Not many retracable steps)

Explanation

Opening Bio-Booster triggered Omega's "Bio-Booster is now active" line, but Omega's subtitles and audio ducking stayed active afterwards.
