Regression of:	#4472 Excessive Voice Line Queue in Cockpit This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to cockpit
2. pash the interact buttons
3. suffer

Explanation

If you go to the cockpit and mash the buttons, it queues each dialogue and does not stop or throattle it. Endlessly sending voicelines. If intended, lol. Lmao even.
