Steps to Reproduce

1. We were doing a great job
2. We got the boss health to 0 at the end of the first phase
3. The boss went immune
4. It did not go into the middle phase where you throw the ball into the fire

Explanation

We got to the Korlock first boss, and when we got his health bar to 0 the first time, he went immune and didn't go into the next phase where you have to throw the ball into the void. So he was still killing us and immune and we couldn't lower his health any more.
