Steps to Reproduce

1. Get enough expenite for an upgrade
2. Go to REPD and access the upgrade picking screen
3. Step away from the computer for a few minutes
4. Game is now completely frozen on the upgrade screen

Explanation

Game froze on the upgrade screen after being away for a few minutes
