Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the extraction expenite event
2. Dig up the chunks and put them into the processor
3. When you acquire the expenite chunk, Mission Control will shout what the dwarf says.

Explanation

Whenever you acquire the expenite chunk from the excavation expentite event thing, Mission Control will have an announcement when the dwarf is shouting that they've found an expenite chunk. Mission control says exactly what the dwarf is saying like they're subtitles.
