Regression of:	#3419 Cannot Interact with Ellis, Workbench, or Ammo Crate After Level Up This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Might be specific to my PC
2. I just go to solo
3. I level up

Explanation

Every time i try and go into a round solo the game freezes when I gather enough expidite getting to the upgrade menu and i have to alt f4. All the animations in the UI still play and it almost looks like its not frozen i just can't click on anything.
