Steps to Reproduce

  1. I entered level 2, and ressuplied twice.
  2. I found the toolkit near a workbench without locating it via workbench

Explanation

Omega's voiceline of "Workbench is useable." caused audio ducking even after the voiceline finished. (This happened once before, where Omega couldn't speak his voicelines afterwards, and the entire run stayed audio ducked)
