Steps to Reproduce
- Equip the Ammo pouch perk of any tier
- Get a devastator pistol
- Equip Fusion Power Rod at a workbench
- This also works if you get a devastator pistol with fusion power rod right off the bat
Explanation
Ammo pouch perk doesn't work with Fusion Power Rod upgrade on the devastator pistol
