Random Item Selection Bug in Jumble Modifier

Steps to Reproduce

1. Opened the weapons crate.
2. Selected a weapon.
3. Selected a weapon from the same selection.
4. Opened the grenade locker.
5. Got the exact same selection from the weapons crate.
6. Selected the weapon I already had (it was even grayed out).
7. Left the mission.
8. Restarted the mission.
9. Opened the weapons crate again.
10. Got the exact same selection on all of my choices.

Explanation

The jumble modifier did not give me random items. Same weapons for both of the weapons crate and the granade locker. Also i could select an grayed out item from the pool. I even left the mission and started the same mission again.
