Steps to Reproduce

1. Get enough XP to upgrade and press the button

Explanation

The promotion Icon covers half the Chat UI during the negotiations, making a bit difficult to discuss with anyone.

Unsure if it is related to the UI scaling but it wasn't like this in the release version unlike experimental.
