Unable to Deploy Disposable Turrets After Resupply

Steps to Reproduce

1. I picked disposable turret at depth 4 (don't know if that's the case, I think I had the same issue on other characters as well)
2. I deploy turrets as normal
3. Once they are spent, I resupply and they no longer are able to be deployed

Explanation

I picked up Disposable turrets, once i resupply whit either Ammo crate or Ammo supply it wont let me deploy it.
