Steps to Reproduce

1. Late join a game after (or maybe during) the already present team completing the data bank.
2. Go over to it and see what it shows.

Explanation

I latejoined a game and the data bank showed the "circuit failure" screen it does before you initiate it, but also had the white arrows that it has when you are completing the actual task. Neither the intiation prompt, nor the individual slot prompts were visible.

I asked the others and they said they completed it already.
