Steps to Reproduce

1. crash
2. rejoin

Explanation

While playing as retcon my game crashed during an elevator loading screen between levels. When I rejoined via the "game crashed abruptly" dialogue most of my upgrades were as they were, but the 2 25% ammo capacity increases from equipment/weapons crates weren't there any more. Also, my health and armor seemed to be reset to the default values, as though my loadout upgrades weren't applied, there wasn't a "break" in the bars showing where the excess amount was.
