Steps to Reproduce

1. equip Disposable Sentry Turret
2. Q+LMB enable Ability: Rewind Time
3. deploy DST
4. Q+RMB enable Time Rewind return
5. repeat 2-3 times, and you will find you cannot deploy DST whenever, even if you have 2/2 DSTs

Explanation

retcon cannot deploy disposable sentry turrent after rewinding and deploying turrent several times
