Jumble Mission Rewards Screen Bug: Duplicate and Incorrectly Chosen Rewards

Steps to Reproduce

1. Began game in glacial strata, D 3, 6 length, complexity 1, and the jumble alteration
2. Opened item boxes and saw everything was wrong

Explanation

Jumble mission only gives 1 reward screen for any rewards (E.G. equipment crate at start of level, grenade crate at start of level, upgrade for collecting exp).
When opening the first equipment crate it generated a reward with the sharpshooter perk, the jet boots equipment, and the disposable turret item.
After me and my teammate chose our first picks, rather than generating a new screen it remained on the same one forcing my teammate to pick Sharpshooter since the other two were already chosen. I then picked the disposable turret again, even though it was listed as having been taken.
When opening the starting grenade locker, it returned us to the same rewards screen, but with all options already chosen, but we could choose the same one repeatedly.
