Steps to Reproduce

1. Poison cloud buff
2. Explosive round (killing an enemy makes them explode)
3. Thunderhead
4. Fire at mid to close range enemy

Explanation

Thunderhead with explosive buff and poison cloud make deflagration effect on every shot directly in front of you completly blinding you in orange firery smoke.
