Steps to Reproduce

1. Close the rogue core using any method
2. Observe the problem occurring

Explanation

Every time i close Rogue Core the game says it is still running but cant be seen on task manager and when attempting to just stop the game it will be stuck saying "stopping" without anything happening. this has happened multiple times and seems to only fix itself if you restart and close your entire steam using task manager.
