Rewind ability teleports instead of rewinding during quick use

Steps to Reproduce

1. I may have triggered my ability too fast.
2. It stopped happening after taking some more time between pressing the toggle ability button and using my ability.

Explanation

I've had a little problem with the Retcon, it only happened twice, during the same run. I tried to use my Rewind ability, but instead of marking the location and giving me time to use my time rewind, the teleport animation played immediately and skipped my rewind, leaving my ability jauge empty.
