Steps to Reproduce

1. I had 3 upgrades waiting for me
2. I had descended another level
3. I picked an artifact modifier
4. I dropped down, killed the specter, and deposited the orb
5. I then got to select my upgrade for my artifact
6. I selected my 3 upgrades
7. After selecting the artifact, I am locked out of making any decision
