Infinite Radiation Buildup with Ionization Infusion and Double Up

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ionization Infusion + Double Up seems to infinitely build up radiation.
2. Trigger the radiation buildup without players having to shoot the Boss.

Explanation

Radiation from Ionization Infusion kept repeating and building triggering Radiation explosions without anyone attacking the boss / breaking the radiation nodules.

My best bet is that the 3 Double Up stacks caused the explosions to repeat over and over, which counted as damage for the Ionization causing a loop.
