Steps to Reproduce

1. Take the artifact upgrade that gives +25% health and +25% armor
2. Observe that the bar will now have extra space at the end
3. Verify that the armor does not actually increase

Explanation

Armor bar not properly showing that your armor is full. Shows I have 49/49 armor, but there is black space at the end of the bar still
