Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a game
2. They become inactive
3. You wait
4. Wait some more
5. You tire of waiting
6. You try to cancel but there is no such feature, escape doesn't work
7. You need to alt+f4 or open task manager to close rogue corde

Explanation

If your stuck in "waiting for negotiation" there is no way to cancel it.
