Regression of:	#11915 Voice Chat Not Functioning - Z Key Ineffective This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Since recent voice chat patch, my voice chat has not functioned.
Upon opening the game, it appears to overwrite GameUserSettings.ini portion - [/Script/RogueCore.FSDGameUserSettings]VoiceChatSettings=(OutputVoiceDevice=(DisplayName="",ID=""),InputVoiceDevice=(DisplayName="Microphone (Yeti Classic)",ID="{0.0.1.00000000}.{B3475543-BEE7-4C85-A313-DA811DBEE62B}"),volumeVoiceChatOutput=119.999992,volumeVoiceChatInput=100.000000,UseDefaultAudioOutputDevice=False,UseDefaultAudioInputDevice=False,bUsePushToTalk=True,bUseVoiceChat=True).
See #2, OutputVoiceDevice gets blanked out.

I have tried setting all audio in windows, steam, and in game to my audio devices. This has failed.
