Steps to Reproduce

1. I was spamming the heart for the grenade
2. somehow bugged the game into doing that
3. I tried this on a later run
4. it did the same exact thing

Explanation

So basically, if you are the second person picking a grenade and you spam clikc the grenade, when the first person picks something you get a pick instantly and this actually leaves teh last person with only two options. it permenantely removes the third one
