Steps to Reproduce
- Get armor buffs until 185 armor
- Get Safety First
Explanation
The artifact "Safety First!" % armor buff is bugged. I was going for a full guardian armor build and every armor buff worked fine, except this artifact. It took my armor from 185 to 186 only, and I tested it was just this one because flat armor buffs worked and biobooster 20% armor worked too.
The 25% hp buff worked fine, armor did not.
