Steps to Reproduce
- Get a lot of explosive stun and double explosions on a radiation devastator
- Have rampage or frenzy artifact that boosted my damage through stacks
- Get stacks off adds in boss fight
- Attack the boss to nuke his health before he really has a chance to start his new phase
Explanation
Mulaktula boss seems to glitch out and not spawn its shards if you get him through his phase too fast.
