Steps to Reproduce

Start mission
Game plays normally
Elevator for the first stage is complete
Pick my modifier (Example equipment crate and more scorchers)
Ready up
Loading, freeze, application hang, close

Explanation

There is a consistent loading error that occurs when loading between stages. (For example A depth 2 mission, stage 1 is OK, as soon as I hit Ready and the elevator loading screen is visible, halfway through it will freeze. After about a minute the application "hangs" and the pop up for the application hang appears, and closes the game.
