Steps to Reproduce
- Get the fusion rod upgrade for the devastator pistol
- Pick artifacts like "Ammo Strapped"
- You don't gain any more max ammo for the weapon.
Explanation
Fusion Rod upgrade for the devastator pistol isn't interacting with any max ammo perks (Artifacts and the tier 1 to 4 base upgrades.)
