Steps to Reproduce

1. I froze the Gootarak with my trident
2. I would continue shooting the boss
3. The boss unfroze and was facing around 90 degrees to my left to another player
4. The Gootarak would do the animation to shoot the green nuke
5. The nuke flew straight at me, where i was 90 degrees from the face of the Gootarak
6. Insta-downed me

Explanation

The Gootarak boss would shoot the green nuke without facing the direction of where the nuke is going to go.
