Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip two enhancements of the same type, for example, tier 2 and 3
2. Unlock the next tier of that enhancement
3. The equipped enhancements will be of tier 2 and 4 instead of 3 and 4

Explanation

When unlocking a new enhancement, if you have two of the same equiped it will only put the highest of the two at the new highest level
